WEEKDAY TOURNAMENT  APRIL 27, 1995

     These winners will meet their counterparts from the July weekday event
in a championship round in October.
     The May weekday tournament -- two-man teams playing alternate shots --
has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 24, with tee times around 1 pm. 
Presently, we are one, maybe two, teams shy of filling the 8-team field. If  
you and a partner would like to play, please contact Randy Smith (526-4563).  

STROKE-PLAY CHAMPIONSHIP  JUNE 10-11, 1995
Our club's stroke-play championship will be held on June 10-11 1995, and again
this year will include an additional Sunday competition for best net rounds. 
Closest to the pin contests at all four par threes will be featured also on
Sunday along with post-round refreshments on the patio (weather willing).
     To sign-up for this event you must complete the form below and send it
along with a check for $37.00 to the Pro Shop at Pine Ridge Golf Course so
that they are received by May 30, 1995.  The tournament coordinator is Rene
Rosenthal (486-2502). This event is limited to the first  60 members to
sign-up.  Tee times, generally, will run from noon to 2 pm.
     
BIRDIES & BOGIES 
Is Friday July 28 marked on your calendar for our Member Guest Tournament?
Also, REMEMBER, you need at least two May scores entered in the Pine Ridge
computer by month's end -- or an excuse to Bob Smith (461-8776) -- to avoid
having your handicap "cut"!  Stapling checks to entry forms is a "no-no."
