MARSHALING FOR TREVINO ??? Maryland is an official Senior PGA Tour stop this year for the first time. Their event is being held at the Hobbit's Glen Golf Club in Columbia. Our club may have the chance to marshal a hole there throughout the tournament week (June 29 July 5). To be considered for this honor (?), we need to have a minimum of 25 volunteers committed; interested friends and family members could count toward the total. Here are the conditions: Each volunteer must be willing to pay $70 for the uniform/admission and put in four 4-6 hour shifts during that Holiday week. If you picked up the volunteer application at our April 18 tourney, please mail it with your check for $70 per interested volunteer to our treasurer Rene Rosenthal (2 High Stepper Court Apt 506 Balt. Md. 21208 410-486-2502). If you need an application, call Rene pronto. We'd like checks to be IN BY MAY 9, MADE PAYABLE TO: FORE Baltimore Foundation. GOLF TOURNAMENT - SPRING SOLO The next golf tournament will be held on Saturday, May 16, 1998 and will be an individual stroke play in a multi-flight tournament. With in-flight prizes for net and gross scores. Post round competitions for bonus prizes may be held. Players will compete against their flight for a closest to the pin prize. In order to sign-up for this Tournament you must complete the form below and send it along with a check for $27.00 to the Pro Shop at Pine Ridge Golf Course so that it is received no later than May 6, 1998.
